Ok, I can't find any clarification on this anywhere.
If you're mounted and perform a hustle for overland movement, does the rider suffer the damage and fatigue or just the mount? I am assuming its both, but it doesn't say.
Basically, I have a player wanting to all-out run overland using Phantom Steed, but would the rider suffer even though it's the mount doing most of the work?
