Please don't let these spells and magic items just sit there; use them in your products.
I want to have to crack the book open.
But wait, people will complain that they don't have the book and you're forcing them to buy it.
Tough, what about people like me who shelled out $ for the APG?
Don't let this be like Tome of Magic 2e that sits in my basement as crisp and shinny as the day I bought it.
Edit: Web sites like d20pfsrd will soon host these items, like in my spells & magic items DBs (shameless plug) so people will be able to find them.

Wes Schneider covered this in the forword to AP 35 - Basically where it's appropriate to a character in the story to use a tool from the APG they will, but the tool will be explained in the book that they will be using.

Unfortunately they will always be used much less then core material. The reason is that paizo is committed to not forcing people to buy more then the core rule to use their products, so any spell, magic item, feat etc from the APG has to be reprinted in full in any product they use them in. The APG classes require lots of space as well to reprint ability descriptions. So while you will see some of this stuff make it into AP's and modules, it wont likely be on a large scale.

And that is the way it should be. I for one am cool with APG material being used less (or even substantially less) than core material. "Only the core book is required" is a good and standing philosophy that is one of the primary reasons that D&D and the D20 system still see growth.
But I agree with chopswil's point to be sure! Paizo put together a great book. They asked me to buy a great book. I did buy and do love said great book. And I want to see that great book utilized, not only by me and mine, but also by Paizonians (who may use it's material differently than me, and thereby inspire).
