Now lets say im a Gold Dragon Sorcerer and an Oracle of the fire mystery do my bonuses for fire affect both classes?

As the Bloodline Arcana and if they cast Flame strike do they get the plus one per dice?

It is an unnamed bonus, isn't it? If yes, I'd say yes.
