Half-elf with Summoner Favored Class

I just had one quick question. What are your opinions on the favored class benefit for a half elf as a summoner. Does it give 1/4 an evolution point a level or 1/4 of the current evolution pool?

So since half elves get two favored classes, can I make Summoner the favored class twice and get 1/2 evolution points per level?

I'm not sure it says you can't do it anywhere in RAW, but I believe that would be going against the spirit of the rules for favored classes to gain a double benefit like that.

you are grossly misinterpreting the rules to try to get something that is clearly not RAI

Yes, you can take it in both halves, but the benefits don't stack being the same kind of bonus to the same "stat":)
