Orcs of Golarion Subscription

I was wondering what happened to Orcs of Golarion in my subscriptions. It was there a few days ago saying it would be my next thing and now it says that my next companion will be the inner sea primer. Just curious as to what's going on? thanks

Since its the weekend, I'll tell you that usually this is because the result of your order going into the shipping queue, but an order not actually shipping yet. if you click on my orders is there a pending order for Orcs?

Looks like Orcs wasn't generated under your subscriptions.

I've placed it in your side cart so you have the option of shipping it whenever you like or waiting for the next subscription shipment.

I'm getting the same thing in my Subs page, posted in the Summer Shipping thread about it. No PDF either. :(

I've put Orcs in you sidecart.

As a side-note, generally speaking, if you have a customer service issue that needs resolution, we prefer if you start a new thread, even if it is the same type of issue that someone else has already posted about.

Argh. Just checked, and now I'm showing Orcs x2 in my sidecart, and no PDF. :P

The PDF won't show up until we ship the item. Currently, Orcs of Golarion is in your sidecart.

The side cart is in your My Account page (lower right-hand side of the page).
Items in the sidecart will wait to be processed with the next possible subscription or monthly shipment (depending on your combined shipping options). If you decide you would like to ship the items in your sidecart immediately, you can do so by using the "Ship As Soon As Possible" button.

The reason it looks like there are two copies when you view the subscription page, is that the first line shows that Orcs of Golarion can be shipped at any time (currently "pending" in your sidecart).
The second line shows that if your sidecart is not manually shipped by you, then Orcs of Golarion will ship with the next volume in the subscription which is currently estimated at mid-November.
