Am I a jerk if I mention "This devastating attack is made at a +23 bonus and it deals 3d8+21 [damage]" again?
That said, in what context do you mean?
If someone was to remake them today with access to the APG for their home game, certainly. Every splatbook offers better options to replace filler options you took in the past, and the APG is no exception.
If they were going to be rewritten for the blog, I suppose they would, depending on the intent of the article. "Here's what Valeros looks like with APG options!" then definitely it would. I don't think that's too terribly likely, especially considering that the old writeups have gotten tons of flak. (You'll notice the lack of similar preview stat writeups of the new iconics for the APG; instead, we got prose.)
If they were going to be rewritten for PFS play, I have no idea because I have no idea how that works. Considering PFS premades are intended for new players, I kind of suspect not.

Reasons would be twofold
1 Highlight the new options with fleshed out and known (popular) characters.
2 Correct some glaring "unplayable" filler options they took eg harsk can never full attack with his crossbow as written- Seltiel's ac is a joke. I'm guessing Seoni toom extra spells (or maybe the oracle iconic) etc.

Probably not. (Partially because the goal of these stat blocks is NOT to provide a "professional build that works the best as possible").
Because I'm kind of sensitive about Paizo being perceived as trying to "trick" or "force" people into buying our books. I'd rather folks bought our books because they want them.
Actually, I'm currently STRONGLY considering removing the iconic stat blocks from our Adventure Path and Module products because I'm not so sure that those stats are really the best use of those pages.
We WILL be using APG content for NPCs in the adventures now and then, though.
