Eberron conversion special materials question, Byeshk = + what #

Dark Archive

since PF has enhancements overcome dr, what should Byeshk be?

+5?

its supposed to be rare but what number sounds right?

The Exchange

IT took me a second to relaize you were asking a different question than what I read (Its Friday and I am tired)...

I could see either +4 or +5. I was never under the impression that Byeshk was more rare/useful than Adamantine as far as combat applications but then again it is "talked up" a lot in Eberron so it might warrant the +5 just for rarities sake.

Byeshk is priced closed to cold iron/silver than adamantite. I'd stick with +2/+3.

It might be more trouble than its worth to do this, but since Byeshk is supposed to work better on blunt weapons, you might do +2 or +3 for most weapons and +5 for blunt Byeshk weapons.

Just a thought, but that might help preserve some of the flavor of the material.
