If at all possible, I would like to end my subscription with the Kingmaker AP. I have enjoyed the APs, but I have enough scenarios I want to run to last me for the next 10 years. :)
Also, I thought I saw a post about picking up the last AP book at GenCon. My search-fu has failed me, so I am wondering if that is possible and if so, what do I need to do to arrange this?

Your subscription will be canceled upon the shipment of Pathfinder #36, and #37 will not be shipped.
As for the Gen Con pickup, unfortunately this option is no longer available. On the 12th of this month, we sent an email to the address on your Paizo account with instructions for setting it up. However, in order to have the proper number of books shipped to the convention, you had to have made the choice by the 19th.
