Hi Paizo,

As a loyal customer from the beginning, I have always been more than pleased with both your products and customer service.

On occasion, no doubt because my address is clear across the continental U.S. from your location I have had deliveries that were shipped never arrive due to the vagaries of the postal system.

On at least two occasions, I have contacted Paizo, and they have shipped out another copy to me, no questions asked.

Being an honest person, who appreciates a good turn done to him, when I noticed my recent shipment contained two Kingmaker Map Folios, I quickly checked the website to confirm that I had not ordered, or been billed for two copies, when I ordered one. My guess is that the shrink wrap caused the two folios to become stuck together during shipping.

My order showed, and was only charged for one copy.

Now, my question is this. With everything Paizo had done for me in the past, I would like to make the effort to send back this extra copy of the map folio to your offices. Is there a particular person I should send it attention to, or just customer service?

I know it is a small gesture, but it is one I would like to make anyway. I, like many of your countless fans, appreciate you guys.

That is a very generous offer, you really needn't send it back. :)

However if you must do so for your own conscience, then please feel free to send it to our address "ATTN: Store Returns" with a note inside explaining why you're returning it and what you would like to be done with it. This will get the return directed to the correct place.
