What creatures are subject to critical hits and / or precision damage

RPG Superstar 2015 Top 8

In my copies of the rules, it looks like only oozes are immune to critical hits and sneak attacks. Undead, constructs, plants, elementals, all lack these immunities.

Is this correct?

Liberty's Edge

Elementals and incorporeal creatures are also immune.
Basically anything that is made of all one contiguous material with no discernible different between part A and part B.

Yep the list is mighty small now days.

I take this a bit farther in my games. If the entire creature is homogenous, like, tapioca, for instance, the creature is immune.

So, a stone golem that's just a large rock cube or sphere is immune, whereas a stone golem that's shaped as a person or a lion is not.

The entire list is:

Elementals
Oozes
Swarms
Incorporeal Undead

(This of course is subject to change with the printing of additional material.)
