Adventure Path Subscription issues and cancellation.

Hello again!

I have just received an email stating that Kingmaker part 6 is ready to ship, but I've never received part 5. I only recently signed up, but since the website gave me the choice to start at part 4 or 5 and I chose 4, I assumed that I'd be getting part 5 automatically.

Also, I tried to add part 5 to my cart, but it's not giving me a discount, and is trying to sign me up for an adventure path subscription...

Also, I'd like to cancel my subscription after Kingmaker part 6. It's not due to the above, I'm just not interested in Serpent's Skull.

I have replaced your Pathfinder #37 with a Pathfinder #35 and your subscription will be canceled after the shipment of #36.
