why wouldn't it all be allowed? I am also assuming PFS is pathfinder system. assuming correctly, it is the pathfinder advanced player's guide. the name alone tells you its all aproved material.
Additional material outside of the Core Assumption (Core Rules, Seeker of Secrets and Bestiary) are listed as legal for play in Chapter 13 of the Guide to Organized Play. Newly published material needs to be approved for legal PFS play, and is not default legal.
The pending 2.3 rules update will, presumably, make the APG (as well as other books published after the 2.2 rules update) legal for PFS play.

I don't believe there has been an official 2.3 release date, nor are any rules updates likely to have a published release date...
However, I would expect it to be at the same time or shortly after the release of the APG as it's a major addition to the PFRPG and in turn could be a major addition to PFSOP.

Just because it is in the AGP does not mean it will be allowed in the PFS. The core book has items not allowed in the AGP as does the bestiary. I do not think everything in the AGP will be allowed.
Right, it won't get a blanket pass I'm sure :)

I for one, am excited about the APG as a player and scared to death of it as a GM. Soooo many new rules and abilities to learn all at once. I would personally like to see the APG get added to PFS only after it's been out several weeks or months. Give us time to digest it, and find out what's in it that's not appropriate for organized play.
