MUCH better! I think the spells may have not been indexed yet. I tried searching for several different items of differing types and everything came up on the first page (mostly near or at the top for things named accurately). I will advise of any issues that are found, if any.
I had searched for random spells, monsters, feats, abilities, conditions and magic items

GREAT! I discovered a new way to do the search and I have been very pleased by the results and the capabilities it offers. I can have manual search terms link to specific things without depending on the index, so for example, I can link a search term to something off-site, like if you search for a Golarion god, it returns results from Pathfinder Wiki. If you search for "treantmonk" the top result it returns is treantmonks profile page on Paizo (for example).
There's lots of other tweaks I found that I am still playing with. Glad its improved for you!

It would be great if there could be toggles, like with d20srd.com, where you could include or exclude whole chunks of rules.
As an example, almost every time I'm searching for something, it tends to be for the general rule item, but because it is being referenced by all of the monsters, I get hundreds of results and the main rule point never seems to be at the top of the list. If I could exclude all monster entries then I'd be able to isolate what I'm after.

You shouldn't have to do that. If everything was working perfectly, the rule page would be the first or second result.

I have keyed more than 1500 specific terms to specific search results, such that the first search result should be the specific result intended for that term. There may be some I need to add. I'll check on the various devil/demon names and add as necessary.
Ideally the search term, if spelled correctly, and if it is a specific mechanic, should result in the top result being a direct link to the rule or mechanic.
I'm continuing to tweak as needed so please do report any terms that do not return ideal results.

Searching for a Bebilith and I only get six results, with none being a direct link to the creature
This is fixed now. I had misspelled Bebilth as Bebelith in my forced index entry. I have now added several versions of misspellings of it (and several other terms) to try to head off typos and such.
This term should result in a top-level match 100% of the time starting within a few minutes from now.

Search somes up with this as the top link
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-lists-and-details/b/bebilith
With page not found, then pointing to similar pages with the correct one listed first:
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/outsiders/bebilith
I only use this as example since our group is fighting these in my girlfriend's game and she is looking them up a lot.
