The standard Bestiary Harpy is a CR 4. I had a thought the other day that an interesting NPC would be a Harpy who had lost her ability to sing, and subsequently no longer had access to her Captivating Song. What would be an appropriate CR for this Harpy? Is the loss of Captivating Song enough to warrant a drop to CR 3?
My gut reaction is to say, yeah drop it to CR 3.
However, what if she picked up a level of sorcerer or something to offset that and stay at CR 4?

My plan is to add character levels to round out the NPC build, so I'm really trying to determine the "base" CR to build off of.
