A creature can also add any circumstance, deflection, dodge, insight, morale, profane, and sacred bonuses to AC to its CMD. Any penalties to a creature's AC also apply to its CMD. A flat-footed creature does not add its Dexterity bonus to its CMD.
You are correct sir.
Also, a negative modifier to anything is never a bonus, always a penalty, to avoid that confusion.

Luck Bonus to AC is not on the list of bonuses applicable to CMD, and I think there are a few others. It would appear that the INTENT is for all bonuses applicable to Touch AC to also apply to CMD, but the actual wording strays from that, which is incredibly stupid because you have to remember that small list of variances if you want to play by the RAW. This was reported right away after the Core Rules release, but HOPEFULLY it´s something that will be corrected in Errata. Obviously, the opportunity is there to cut some words here (by succintly referencing Touch AC bonuses as a group) which would be available if other sections nearby might need a few more words, in keeping with the ¨don´t move page references¨ guidelines. (Irrationally Optimistic Thinking?)
