Nope; they're both enhancement bonuses, and thus don't stack. You only take the largest bonus.

As a supernatural ability it is suppressed in and antimagic zone, and the wording of is suggests that it is of the regular persuasion i.e. you take the highest enhancement bonus available and not stack them. At level 20 however they will supersede the animal quality type spells as they are at +5 and apply to 2 separate stats.
