Lurker Above / Trapper

Hello all,

Can anyone point me to 3.5 or pathfinder stats for the Lurker Above and/or the Trapper? Also, can someone point me to artwork of these monsters.

Does anybody still use these critters?

They are both in the Tome of Horrors, with artwork. I don't have the ToH Revised, but I would be surprised if they were gone.
