I bought some cream sherry for Leafette's Christmas visit. But I discovered that it is now too sweet for my palate. So I discovered that spiking it with whisky counterbalanced the sweetness and gave it more kick. Really! I haven't found anyone saying that they've ever done this, so I need to come up with a name for it.
