We got a centaur PC who just picked up this feat and as the "keeper of the character sheets" I wanted to know if the hoof attacks of the centaur would benefit from the increased damage it provides (she has 18 Strength).

No they do not. They are not made using the the hands that are making the attacks eligible for two weapon fighting. Natural attacks neither benefit from nor take penalty from fighting with two weapons.

However since the centaur is using a manufactured weapon in addition to natural attacks it is treated as a secondary attack-Giving it -5

For instance a tengu fighter level 1, 18 str
TWF + Double slice
Aldori Dueling Sword / Sawtooth Sabre for weapons. Natural bite attack
Full attack at +3,+3,+1

Actually, +3,+3,+0 (Str +4, BaB +1; TWF at -2 , Natural Attack at -5).

(As a side note, Swordtrained is definitely a huge racial trait, since it allows them to be automatically proficient with all swords !!!)

As for the question on topic, I too agree with Themetricsystem - Double Slice is for Two-weapon Fighting, not for Natural Attacks included in a full-attack, since the feat specifically says "Add your Strength bonus to damage rolls made with your off-hand weapon.".

Just my 2c.

Oops! Poor math! Doh'

Good thing I am a "people" guy, not a "numbers" guys.
Also, I KNOW RIGHT! I love, love, love, love Tengu! I am also giddy as a little girl to hear that Kobold Quarterly is doing a few page article on them in Golarion! I am a paycheck away from a well earned subscription.
