Vampires - Energy Drain DC?

Is the save to a vampires "energy drain" DC Fortitude based? I can't seem to find it listed anywhere.

Yes. Energy drain requires Fort saves. Consult the description of energy drain in the Universal Monster Rules and you'll find where this is mentioned.
