This was a subscription order, and subscription shipments usually do not have a printed receipt included in the package because we pre-pack them to get them all out in a timely manner.
Your receipt for this, and every, subscription shipment it the email sent to you at the time the order is shipped. You can also find a copy of the receipt when you click on the order number on your Order History page.
