Version 3.6 of the Pathfinder files is now available through the automatic updates mechanism within Hero Lab.
This update's highlights include custom Amulets of Mighty Fists and Bracers of Armor, so that item powers can now be added to those items, along with Pathfinder #34 and adding the Basic NPC and Heroic NPC attribute arrays (pg 451) to the available options for character creation methods.
