I am trying to find this domain so that I can make a Pathfinder version of it. But I haven't much luck finding it in any of the 3.5 D&D books I have at my disposal.
The only Light Domain I know of is in Monte Cook's Book of Hallowed Might, but it's almost entirely made up of spells from that book (searing light and sunbeam being the only WotC spells in the domain) and it's granted power is a sort of 'light touch' that affects any creature touched for 1 minute / level as if it was in direct sunlight (and acts like the Death domain granted power against vampires)).
I'd be tempted to just look at the Sun Domain and mix and match in some light-generating spells (daylight, searing light) and some illusion / pattern spells (color spray, hypnotic pattern) or other visibility affecting spells (blindness, blur), with the cosmetic description of the color spray and blur effects coming from dazzling golden-white light and not clashing colors or a blinding glare and not 'blurriness.'
The 1st level granted power could be the same Blinding Ray dealie used by the Pathfinder Illusion Specialist.
