New feats

Flurry: requires Dex 15
while wielding only one weapon you may swing faster than normal and hit your opponent more than often.
you gain an additional attack with a -5 penalties to all attack rolls.
Special, this feat does not function with the two weapon fighting feats.

the idea behind this feat is to give people the option to get more attacks without requiring you to dual wield.

Well, since nobody is ever going to use the feat, it won't really work. Is it meant for people with just a single one-handed weapon, or is it for sword-and-boarders and twohanders too?
If it's for those with only a single one-handed weapon and no shield, I'd say you could either reduce the penalty to -2, or apply the -5 penalty only to the attack gained from the weapon.

If it's for S&B, remember that sword and boarders should probably dual wield with their shield. It's not only effective, but it's quite realistic as most shields where used as weapons historically (and it doesn't really make sense to have a big block of wood or metal in a hand, and NOT smash your opponents skull in when you have the chance).
For two-handed fighters, I don't think it's needed. They're already quite powerful and out-DPS most others. With the feat as it is, there's no problem, but that's just because if they ever use it they won't hit anything. -5 is HUGE.

I'd suggest limiting it to 1h weapon, you must have one hand free, and then make the penalty -2 only.

sorry it was i minor typo, it should be a -2 not a -5 and what this is for non dual wielders so it will work for anyone who has one weapon weather that is a sword and board or two handed.

For two-handed weapons, I think it's far too good. 2h-warrior types generally top of DPS anyway. Sword-and-boarders already have feats to get more attacks: TWF and it's followers. The only thing that feat would do is make TWF into a coolness feat only for those who don't care about effectiveness in combat, since in almost all cases, 2H is going to be FAR better.

It's far more interesting as a feat for 1h single weapon, as it may make that a viable tactic then (though I don't think it would be enough, but meh).

EDIT: Or you could simply allow if for anyone. There's no balance reason why a TWF'er couldn't use it, and it would sync decently with how they're usually built: with a high amount of flat damage boni. On the other hand, TWF is usually feat-starved while 2H gets more damage from less feats, so it might still enforce 2H.

2h weapon having an additional attack for -2 to hit ? No thanks.

ok then how about it works when not using a weapon in two hands and the two weapon fighting feats can be used with it.

Actually if we're talking older than modern era shields slamming could hurt the structure of your shield. Actual shields are not around 20 pounds, more like five to ten. And a lot of them were fairly thin in composition and held in a punch position, not strapped on. Zoning someone and pushing them I could see, doing a full body check would probably just break it. If we're talking the non-existent metal shield then that would work- provided you're OK lifting and attacking with a 20 pound awkward sheet of metal in one hand.
