I recently heard that the Critical Hit and Fumble decks are no longer in publication, can this be confirmed or denied, please? Thanks you very much.
the D&D 3.5 only versions aren't. but about 6 months ago they got a more PFRPG friendly version of them in (They are now listed as 3.5/PFRPG). This site still has some, and I havn't heard anything about these products running low again lately...

We have plenty, and there's no reason why any good retailer shouldn't have them on hand, either.
If you'd like to buy them from us, you can find them in the GameMastery Card section.

Have no fear Mr. Wertz, I asked them to command the deck weeks ago, but they need to run out of other Paizo's products so that they could make a "worthy" command. They can't ask for a shipment of only a few critical decks (or so they say). Sadly, I only need one Core Rule Book, one Bestiary and one GM's Screen, and I already bought a fair amount of map packs from them. There's only so much I can do to help them running out of Paizo's stuff. :)
If they don't get the deck before the release of the Bestiary II, I guess I'll command it directly from Paizo. I'm in Canada, so I need to buy for more than 100$ of stuff if I don't want to pay 15$ for the shipping.

That's kind of odd... while most distributors do have minimum order sizes (or at least, minimum order sizes to get free shipping, which is very important to most retailers), I've never heard of a distributor who had minimums related to items ordered from specific publishers.

The distributor is the one who makes the international commands. The retailer (were I shop) receives his products from his distributor. If the distributor runs out of a specific product, the retailer can't help you, since he relies on his distributor. So, since the local distributor is out of stock concerning the critical deck, then all the local retailers are out of stock too (and they are), since they (probably) all rely on the same distributor.
