I don't recall that feat.
I thought you meant the "Lucky" feat from one of the D&D video games. Can't remember if it was Baldur's Gate, or NWN, or maybe even a different one, but I recall at least one of those games had a feat that gave +1 to all 3 saves - I think it was called "Lucky" but I may be wrong; it's been a long time since I've played those games.
Care to cite a source for your "Lucky" feat?

According to the 3.5 feat index there is no such feat created by Wizards of the Coast. Where was it from?
O.o I must be going batty... I swear it was around here somewhere... I swear!.....
"Well folks, looks like the man has gone out for a smoke... in his absence I am here to pull the foot out of his mouth and point you in the direction I THINK he was trying to get you at... through all the foam and chest thumping. Complete scoundrel has a bevy of lucky theme feats and a class or two even. Now if you will please excuse me I think my brain needs help going with the doorknob."

Luck of Heroes was a regional feat in the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting and gave a +1 luck bonus on all 3 saves.
Complete Scoundrel introduced a serie of Luck feats, but each was very specific.
The only things that allowed to reroll one check of any kind were the Luck domain power and some magic items (Luck Sword, Manttle of Second Chance).
