Ok, I have searched and cannot find a answer to my question but I am sure its been answered.
If my Eidolon has 4 tentacles and I take.
Improved Damage (Ex): One of the eidolon’s natural
attacks is particularly deadly. Select one natural attack
form and increase the damage die type by one step. This
evolution can be selected more than once. Its effects do
not stack. Each time an eidolon selects this evolution, it
applies to a different natural attack.
Do all of the tentacles get the improved damage or just 1.(reason i'm asking is I use HL and it only gives the bonus damage to 1 attack.
Same question for
Pull (Ex): An eidolon gains the ability to pull creatures
closer with a successful attack. Select one type of
natural attack. Whenever the eidolon makes a successful
attack of the selected type, it can attempt a free combat
maneuver check. If successful, the target of the attack
is pulled 5 feet closer to the eidolon. This ability only
works on creatures of a size equal to or smaller than the
eidolon. Creatures pulled in this way do not provoke
attacks of opportunity. The eidolon must have a reach
of 10 feet or more to select this evolution. This evolution
can be selected more than once. Its effects do not stack.
Each time an eidolon selects this evolution, it applies to
a different natural attack.
And for
Reach (Ex): One of an eidolon’s attacks is capable
of striking at foes at a distance. Pick one attack. The
eidolon’s reach with that attack increases by 5 feet.
although i'm sure reach only would effect 1 tentacle.
Thanks for any help with these questions

I'm curious to see the official answer on this myself; My understanding is that yes, all of the improvements you mentioned do indeed apply to the selected natural attack. So your eidolon would have 4 x tentacles, all with a 10' reach, 1d6 dmg, and the pull ability.
I don't think it seems too powefull because you figure it takes 7 ev pts (4 x tentacles, 1 x impr dmg, 1 x reach, 1 x pull) and each secondary atk is -5 to hit, and only 1/2 Str mod to dmg

Well I think they do get the pull and improved damage but I think reach only applies to 1 attack.

After reading the rules again I agree with your point about reach; I'm not sure I like it that way on "pair" attacks like claws. It seems to me that both of them should be at the same reach, espicially for Rend.
Maybe the best way would be for the Reach ability to apply to an evolution selection. Meaning if you select a tentacle, tail, etc for an evolution you only get one tentacle and so Reach would only apply to the one. If you select an evolution claws, limbs, etc - you get a pair, so reach would only apply to that pair (not just one claw). So if an eidolon had 4 arms with 4 claws, and you selected reach, it would only apply to one pair of the claws. If you wanted all four claws (2 pairs) to have reach, you would need to select reach twice.
just a thought... very interested to hear any other thoughts since I just introduced the advanced players to my campaign 2 weeks ago
