The issue of Gods & Magic covers most of the major and minor Gods of Golarion. Gods & Magic is listed in the store under the Chronciles line.
For the world wait til Sept and pick up Pathfinder Campaign Setting: World Guide -- The Inner Sea (PFRPG) Hardcover. It is an expansion and an update to the 3.5 version of the Campaign Setting. A shorter version of the world is in the Gazeteer.
Here is the link to the entire Pathfinder line with brief descriptions of what each is about.
Just my 2 cp.

You're looking for the Pathfinder Chronicles: Campaign Setting. It is however a 3.5 book and will be receiving a system update as well as a number of revisions. If you can wait, Pathfinder Campaign Setting: World Guide—The Inner Sea (PFRPG) Hardcover. It's interesting to note that they added "The Inner Sear" to the title because there's more to the "campaign setting" then what's focused currently in the product line.
If you can't wait, but don't want to drop all the money on buying the campaign setting twice, Pathfinder Chronicles: Gazetteer gives you quick info on various areas with not as much detail as a full setting book. It's 3.5 like the original Setting book, but atleast it's cheaper. :)
As for a Gods book, Pathfinder Chronicles: Gods & Magic would be what you're looking for. Keep in mind, each Adventure Path arc features an extensive article on a specific god, so might be something to look should this book not give you enough.

So far there's actually been two such articles in each AP arc (one every 3 issues):
AP #2 - Desna
AP #5 - Lamashtu
AP #8 - Abadar
AP #11 - Zon-Kuthon
AP #14 - Cayden Cailean
AP #17 - Calistria
AP #20 - Sarenrae
AP #23 - Rovagug
AP #26 - Iomedae
AP #29 - Asmodeus
AP #32 - Erastil
In addition to the article on the god in question, each of these issues also features the Herald of that god in the Bestiary section of the AP (except #2 and #23; Desna's Herald is in #5, while Rovagug's Herald is in the full Bestiary).

While I do know what schedule of deities we're following up through about 2013 (which includes what happens after we finish the core 20 deities), I generally don't release information THAT far in advance. Despite the numerous ways you all try to trick me into revealing secrets! :-)

Ooh, cool! I hope the dragon gods get their chance in the sun before too long :)
Btw, does Tiamat count as a deity in the Pathfinder Campaign Setting? She's only listed as Apsu's mate in Gods and Magic.

Hah; maybe you shouldn't go around teasing that there ARE secrets to be revealed then ;)

Tiamat, like Demogorgon, in mythology is considerably different from the D&D development -- or, more accurately, back in the day when Gygax, Ward, Kuntz, etc. developed the D&D Tiamat, it was a whole lot different from myth.
WotC owns the D&D descriptions for Tiamat.
So, if Paizo wants to use more than just the name "Tiamat" (or Demogorgon), they have to make her radically different from the original version.
So we'll only ever get the name "Tiamat" and the name "Demogorgon" -- no fluff or crunch.

But there is so many good ways that you would enjoy. I have a whip. :)
