Actually "lining up" the maps of the Stolen Lands with the big campaign map of the Inner Sea region from the hardcover is not easy, because not only are the maps of the Stolen Lands not oriented in the same direction as the main map (the Stolen Lands map's north points to the left somewhat), but pretty much ALL of the terrain features in the Stolen Lands do not appear on the main map from the Campaign Setting, since they're not major enough to do so.
But yea, as mentioned above, the Stolen Lands more or less exist right along the border between Brevoy and the River Kingdoms.

If you're looking at the world-map, it is the utter northeast, as others have mentioned. The forest in the Greenbelt (the Narlmarches) does show up on some maps, so look for that. Also, use the rivers as your guide: find Mivon, and just north of there is where to rivers join up. One of them comes from Restov, the other one comes from New Stetven. The area between those rivers is Stolen Lands.
The Tors de Levantes and the Hooktongue Slough don't show up on any maps, don't look for them.
However, Mt Branchard (I forget its name, the one to the west with the bald top) shows up on some maps. It's north or northeast of Pitax.
And again, remember that the Stolen Land runs diagonally. Book #33 (Nomen Heights) takes place in the southeast and book #35 (Glenebon Uplands) is in the northwest. You have to tilt the map.
