I have to do a lot of modification to any published adventure for my group of 10 players, and I mostly do all the adjustments by hand. I would much prefer to have a quick PC tool for building major encounters and was hoping someone knew of a good application that handled this and was compatible with Pathfinder RPG. The ones I have heard about to date are:
www.dinglegames.com
Herolab
PCGen
Can anyone recommend on of these or another product? None of them so far have overly impressed me, for one reason or another, however I am willing to keep at it if it would be worth it. Testimonials would be appreciated.

dinglesgames is not perfect with regards to PF rules, but they are the simplest to use, and with the text-format output, it's not too hard to go through and double check for things like Rogue Talents, Domain Abilities, and the like.
It saved me a BUNCH of time recently, but I was outputting 3.5ed stuff, so I didn't have to check it over as thoroughly.
Just for the HD / Class Level adjustments in Dinglesgames, I would recommend it...nothing like having an auto-calculated 15HD Horse, or something silly like that.
PCGen and Herolab I cannot attest to, having never used either.
Also, DMTools.org has a wealth of pre-generated NPCs and monsters, as well as the Community created section of http://www.d20pfsrd.com

The one hosted on d20pfsrd.com isn't bad, though it's not 100% accurate due to some of the assumptions it makes. It is good for a quick update, though:

I've been working on making it more accurate (and upping the limit from +30HD) but it's not super-high on my priority list.
