An Intimidating combatant for OP

Advice

Since you guys are always good at checking things through and giving useful suggestions I decided to run this through with you.

I have just mapped out the future build of one of my OP characters. She is designed for flavor as much as for combat efficiency.

The basic idea is of a solid tank style fighter. Her bluff consists of her being a former Grey Maiden gone rogue and joining the Cheliax faction of the PFS.

Any suggestions and corrections on the stats or fluff will be appreciated:

Ielenna Kirban:
Half-elf Fighter,
20 point buy

Str: 17
Dex: 13
Con: 14
Int: 13
Wis: 10
Cha: 12

Stat Increases: Lvl 4 (Str), Lvl 8 (Dex), Lvl 12 (Int)

Trait 1: Threatening Defender
Trait 2: Heirloom Weapon

Half-elf: Skill Focus (Intimidate)
1st lvl feat: Weapon Focus (falcata)
1st lvl fighter feat: Power Attack
2nd lvl fighter feat: Combat Expertise
3rd lvl feat: Dazzling Display
4th lvl fighter feat: Weapon Specialization (falcata)
5th lvl feat: Improved Trip
6th lvl fighter feat: Cornugon Smash
7th lvl feat: Shatter Defenses
8th lvl fighter feat: Greater Weapon Focus (falcata)
9th lvl feat: Improved Critical (falcata)
10th lvl fighter feat: Greater Trip
11th lvl feat: Deadly Stroke
12th lvl fighter feat: Greater Weapon Specialization (falcata)

Lvl 1: Melee mwk. falcata +7 (1d8+3/19-20 X3), CMB +4, CMD 15, AC 18 (scale mail + heavy shield), hp 13, Intimidate +8
Lvl 1 with Power Attack: Melee mwk. falcata +6 (1d8+5/19-20 X3)

Lvl 12: Melee +3 falcata +24 (1d8+13/17-20 x3), CMB +18 (trip +22), CMD 32 (vs. trip 36), AC 33 (+3 full-plate armor, +3 heavy shield, +2 Dex, +2 deflection, +2 natural), hp 124, Intimidate +19
Lvl 12 with Power Attack and Combat Expertise: Melee +3 falcata +17 (1d8+21/17-20 x3), AC 37 (+3 full-plate armor, +3 heavy shield, +2 Dex, +2 deflection, +2 natural, +4 Combat Expertise)

Tactics: Ielenna’s basic combat rutine is that of an opportunist. She hacks away from behind the safety of her heavy shield seeking flanking and enemies who are shaken or flat-footed. Vulnerable enemies are attacked with Power Attacks, trip maneuvers and a Deadly Stroke.

When using Power Attack, Ielenna has a fair chance to demoralize her opponents with her Cornugon Smash. If this happens she will try to use Shatter Defenses an follow up with a trip maneuver. When possible, Ielenna follows that up with a Deadly Stroke.

Should I take it that this is a flawless build... ?

Half-Orc is generally better for Intimidation builds, due to a racial bonus. Also, why half-elf? Fluff-wise sure, but if your looking at it purely from a mechanical build I feel half-elves are best for multiclasses, not single class builds.

From an optimization point of view I was very reluctant to make her a half-elf, but I had seen a cool illustration that got my traintought rolling. So I decided she HAD to be a half-elf. From there I pondered what to do with a half-elf fighter and decided to go for the Grey Maiden story and that the Skill Focus could work out well to boost her intimidation.
