Andoran - "Efrir Ep Bered" meaning?

Pathfinder Player Companion

Seems like I'm the only one interested in this, since no discussion jumped out the search.
Well, you know, Andoran's flag/standard has this "Efrir Ep Bered" written upon it, and I was curious about the meaninig.
By randomly guessing I'd say "Freedom Is Everything", but of course I'd like a reliable answer, if someone has it.
Thanks.

It means "Free and Ready".

Thanks.

In Danish it is "Fri og Beredt" (not so far from the Golarian version)

And it's even closer in Swedish ;p "Fri och beredd."

Which of course begs the question: Is this intentional or just a lucky accident?

At this point I can hardly see it as a lucky coincidence.
If it was, whoever thought it should be eating his elbows for spending such luck in that rather than in a lottery ticket. :D

It actually means "this isn't written in English, so why is it using English-friendly letters? And if it's supposed to be a translation of whatever language it's actually in (Taldane?), why isn't it in English so we can actually read it?"

But those aren't English-friendly letters. They're Latin-friendly letters ;p

No, they are Latin letters (well, sort of). They happen to be very conducive to the English language, thus, calling them English-friendly is all right, I´d say. [/know-it-all mode]

And here I thought English was written using the Fuþark.
