Well, the Bodak is in the d20SRD so I'll post it here and you can find it >here<
Bodaks are the undead remnants of humanoids who have been destroyed by the touch of absolute evil.
A bodak retains fleeting memories of its past life and can speak Common (or some other humanoid language).

Death Gaze (Su): [Death], range 30 feet, Fortitude DC 15 negates. Humanoids who die from this attack are transformed into bodaks 24 hours later. The save DC is Charisma-based.
Vulnerability to Sunlight (Ex): Bodaks loathe sunlight, for its merest touch burns their impure flesh. Each round of exposure to the direct rays of the sun deals 1 point of damage to the creature.

It just needs CMB/CMD and maybe a tiny boost to be PF-ready.
Or do you want an alternative critter? Maybe a Gorgon? It's CR8.
Keep all the stats and change the description. (And Space = 5')
Make it look like a classic Bodak, with nastier teeth (change the gore attack to bite) and keep the petrification breath to confuse the players. Lose the Trample and you're done.

Special Abilities
Breath Weapon A BODAK-GORGON-THINGY can use its breath weapon once every 1d4+1 rounds to create a 60-foot cone of green gas. Those caught in the area of the gas can attempt a DC 21 Fortitude save to resist the effects, but those who fail the save are immediately petrified. This petrification is temporary—each round, a petrified creature can attempt a new DC 21 Fortitude save to recover from the petrification as long as it is not caught within the area of effect of the BODAK-GORGON-THINGY's breath weapon a second time while petrified. A creature exposed to the BODAK-GORGON-THINGY's breath a second time while already petrified becomes permanently petrified, and can no longer attempt to make additional Fortitude saves to recover naturally. The save DC is Constitution-based.

So here he is when you look at him on the chart its a little underpowered except for his death gaze. He has low HP, his AC is about right his save DC is 1 higher but makes up for his lower HP. Im surprizingly happy with him.
