Is there any spell that allows you to see through fogs/mists?

If not...

If such a spell were to be made, what level should you be to cast it? What would its duration be? Thanks!

Just so you aren't busy creating to many new keywords. I'd go with a spell that grants blinsight. If you want to tailor it to meet your needs I'd start with this as a baseline.

Blindsight
3rd level cleric/druid spell
Target: creature touched
Duration: 1 min/level
Effect: Target gains blindsight out to 30'.
