I've been gone so long playing other game systems b/c of 4e, it's left my head foggy: I'm running a scenario with wolves: Do zombie wolves get two attacks per round: bite and slam?

If they are making a full attack, yes. Otherwise, they get only one. Since they lose their trip ability when the zombie template is added, it doesn't really matter which you use for a single attack.

Please note normal zombies can't make make full attacks as they're considered staggered and thus can only take a single standard or move action.
