1 what happens with your Animal companion or eidolon when you are uncounscios?
2 What happens wiht your animal compion or eidolon if you died and be ressurected?

1.They are still magically connected to you. When people sleep they are unconscious. I am pretty sure both of them stay the same when the character is sleep.
2. RAW I don't think there is an answer.
What I would do: I would allow the Eidolon to stay around for 24 hours after the character's death, and I would allow the animal companion to continue to gain his benefits from being connected to the druid. If the druid/summoner is not revived within 24 hours the animal companion reverts to a normal one of its type, and the Eidolon goes back to where it came from.
