I place this order almost 2 weeks ago, on April 29. According to you folks, it shipped on April 30. I still do not have it. You also say the delivery is 4-8 business days. Today is the 8th day, the mail has already come. So nothing today.
Paizo has my money. I want the products I ordered. I am very upset that I do not have it yet. An order for Paizo usally never takes this long.
I want to know when I will get the products I paid my hard earned money for. I am losing faith in Paizo as a company.

Your shipment was shipped out to your address via the standard postal rate, which has an estimated delivery time of 4 to 8 business days from the date of departure. Today is the 8th business day since the order shipped out, so it probably should have arrived by now.
However, once a package leaves our warehouse, it is entirely in the safe-keeping of the delivery service. The only means we have to affect the delivery is via the address we put on the package. Unfortunately, while not common, delays in delivery, especially when shipped via least expensive shipping method, are not particularly rare. This is why it says in your confirmation email that it is an estimated delivery time. The only trackable shipping method we offer are the UPS methods, and the only methods with a guaranteed delivery time are UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day. The other shipping methods are all estimates. The good news is that it is quite rare for packages to disappear altogether. It is most likely, therefore, that your package will arrive at any time now.
Rest assured, though, that if your package does disappear, I will be more than happy to send you replacement. But before I can do so, we have to give the package plenty of time to reach you or, barring that, be returned to us (for whatever reason). Please keep me apprised on it's arrival, and if you still haven't seen it after another couple of weeks, let me know and I will set you up with replacements.

Thanks Cosmo. Just when stuff I order does not get here in a decent ammount of time I start to worry.
A friend of mine I work with ordered something from Ebay. He has a PO box. It was sent first class mail so it could ne tracked. It said it had got there but it was was not in his box. After about a week he goes down to the local post office where his PO box is with all the tracking info. It was there, the manager used his box to keep is desk level it was laying on the floor for a week.
He called the postmaster general and he took care of it, and took care of the guy that used someones package to fix his desk.
This is the type of thing I picture happening with my stuff.
So if I don't get it is there any way to track where it is now?
If you do have to send me replacements I want it sent out UPS next day air at no extra cost to me, please.

How long do I have to wait until Paizo sends out replacements? I was hoping to have them at my game tomorrow night but I don't think that is going to happen.
I am very close to posting on all the sites I go to how Paizo takes customers money and does not deliver product.
Paizo has resposiblity to make sure the customer gets the product.
I want my product that I have paid for sent to me next day air so I will get it tomorrow morning. It should not matter that tomorrow is Saturday. I have been more then patient.

As I mentioned previously, we will be more than happy to provide you with replacements for your shipment should it disappear altogether. However, due to the sometimes arbitrary nature of delivery times using the standard postal rate, we really must give packages a lot of time to arrive on their own.
We take our responsibility to our customers very seriously. I use every tool I have at my disposal to make sure you get the products you paid for. Unfortunately the standard postal rate is not trackable shipping method so my only tool, once the package is in transit, is more time.
All I can ask is for a little patience. I assure you that we are not going to leave you in a lurch.

Thanks, sorry for all the venting. I know its not Paizos fault. Just I had a very tough week, frustrated with other stuff. Really looking forward to geting this order. Now it looks like it may have been lost in shipping. I never had anything like that happen to me before so thats another reason I'm upset about it.

Looks like Cape Cod was on the list to gets it's services consolidated in the "Area Mail Processing" plan that USPS is trying to do to cover short falls.
In other online articles it looks like this did indeed happened to Cape Cod and is in the works for Wheeling now.
What does this mean for your package. Not 100% sure but more than likely delayed since it is one facility processing the packages then distributed.
I do know a package of mine, not from pazio, had a tracking on it but was in the "standard postal rate" and it sat for a week saying it was in Anchorage before it was actually delivered. This was on top of it taking three weeks to make it to Alaska.
Hence the reason I just decided to pay for Priority Mail from Pazio. It is not Pazios fault that they process Priority Mail first then get to the other pallets that have standard mail on them. It's USPS procedures with a large bloated management staff and minimal floor workers.

Well it finally came today. Four delivery days after the estmated final delivery day. With the USPS consodating its distribustion places maybe Paizo should increase the delivery estmates.
Sadly, this is exactly why we always make sure to say that our delivery estimates are estimates. Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. My suggestion is that you should consider switching your delivery method to UPS Ground.
It is a more expensive shipping and handling fee (about twice what you're paying now), but the shipments are trackable. If something untoward happens, then we at least know what is going on. You can get better answers than "wait longer". This answer is often as frustrating for me to give as it is for you to receive. :)
I'm glad to hear that you have your book now, though. This is excellent news.
