Hi, I'm currently running a couple of Pathfinder campaigns.
To date I just take notes in a book, but it'd be nice to be able to manage everything using a purpose built program.
I don't need it to include mapping software, just a good system to record the details of a campaign.
Is there such a thing? preferably free please :)

I hesitate to recommend DM Genie as the author is no longer working on it (you might call it "abandonware") but it does exactly this. It has about a dozen various modules and the campaign manager was a big part of it for me. I could import maps, mark important map locations, then click on a location to jump directly to text describing that area. Such maps could be inherited in a hierarchy, making it pretty easy to build a village or city or dungeon that consisted of interconnected pieces.

I have been wanting software like this as well.
PCGen has some basic, useful components, but not nearly as developed as I would like.
Dundjinni, in addition to mapping software, has a system of essentially hosting everything you need for the campaign (at least they would say so anyway). I have never used it in game because my laptop SUCKS!
I would like something using "cloud computing" myself. Haven't found anything yet... hopefully some day before I die it will be available!
