Scrags regeneration

If a scrag is in water, do fire/acid still turn off their regeneration, or does scrag regeneration only shut off if they are removed from water?

Yes, the scrag retains all traits of the basic troll unless listed otherwise. One of those is regeneration that fire or acid can stop. Have fun igniting that thing underwater!
