Pathfinder First Edition General Discussion

I'm not sure if this is the right place for a thread like this. I'm new to the boards.

Does anyone know of any good sites for finding a group to play? I am currently in a group in Altoona, PA. But we only play every other Saturday for 4ish hours. I need me some more 3.5/Pathfinder fun.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You can find online groups that use virtual game tables such as Maptool to fill your D&D craving. I, personally, frequent thetangledweb.net There's always an online group looking for new players, mine even at times. :)

My hubby and I had some luck on rpggamefind.com in finding a few to play at home. Hubby got a response about once every 2 weeks, and we were able to put a group together about 3 months later after enough interest was shown.

I hope this helps!

Check meetup.com for any gamer meetups in your area. They typically have a message board for finding groups. Craigslist is another place you can check. Search in activities and groups for gamers, rpg, etc. I've had luck with both sites over the years after moving to new areas...

Thanks for the timely responses. I did post on the community area on here and tried meetup earlier. Let's hope this works! Thanks again for the tips.
