Hullo,
When viewing paizo.com in IE8 (both with and without compatibility mode on), I get one of those nasty error dialog boxes, telling me there's an error in line 10. The error is as follows:
"'top' is null or not an object"
Since this seems to an issue with autocomplete functionality (according to the debugging tool in IE8), I assume it's a problem related to your search control.
I don't get any error messages in Opera 10.51, Firefox 3.6.3, and Google Chrome 4.1.249.1059, but the autocomplete functionality isn't there.
In case you can use this for some reason, I tested this on a machine running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

I just did another test of the autocomplete function using Firefox and Internet Explorer 8 (same builds as mentioned above). I tested it on the main page, in a tread in the message boards, and in a product page. It worked like a charm in both browsers and I didn't get a nasty popup dialogue when using IE8.
That said, I do get a "Done, but with errors on page" message in the status bar when using IE8. Apparently the error happens in line 145 of jquery.js.
I'll see if I can do some more testing and post my findings.
