Hey guys I am still waiting for my order to arrive. It was shipped on the 18th of March and although we have had problems with volcanoes over here in the old world my Paizo orders have never taken this long to arrive before.
can you help?

The 36th business day would have been about May 10th. I'm hesitant to send the replacement this soon after the estimated window as delayed international packages often show up in the couple of weeks after the estimated window.
You may want to check with your local customs office or post office to make sure the package isn't being held there. I've had a number of international orders that get held at customs for pick up, but some how the customs offices fails to let the recipient know there is a package waiting for them.

I'm still waiting for my delivery and have contacted my local post office who are not holding any packages for me. I also contacted my customs office who told me that they normally send a letter to let you know when they are holding a package for collection and they have not sent me any communications.

Thank you very much for your patience! At this point, I think we can fairly give it up for lost (this is generally when it shows up, by the way -- RIGHT after we give up on it).
