What I will say is this:

I will work with you on this to the best of my abilities. However, I want to avoid refunding too much and having someone think they have a ticket and not having one. I also want to avoid refunding too little and having a ticket or three go to waste. Therefore, this kind of complicated thing is best handled through email.

Keep in mind that one a ticket has been transferred away from your account, you no longer have any control over it. Only the recipient of the transferal can send it back to your account for refunding. If the recipient is not on board with the refund, then I can't give a refund.

Please shoot me an email when all of the purchased tickets have been transferred back to the originating account, and I will be able to determine if a refund is possible. Please include the original order number, and a breakdown of all the movements of the tickets (i.e. to whom they were transferred and where they went from there, and who transferred them back - a thorough accounting of all ticket movements, so I can double check everything).
