"heal temporary hp" - does that mean:
If you just meant regular healing, I would suggest it cost 50% more than what a healing potion of the same effect would do. If it has multiple effects, (lesser restoration and cure light) add 50% to the secondary effects as normal.
Instead of instant healing it could act as an automated "under care" check, doubling natural healing. I think that would cost somewhere around 30 gp per dose. If used during "surgery" option of a heal check, add +5 alchemical bonus.
