I would like to know what happen to my order. I placed the order on March 14. and the order still having arrive yet.

On top of that, right after I submitted my order, I decided to make change to the order but I can't. Then I attempt to cancel the order, I can't do that either. I emailed the custom service on 16th, I didn't get a reply until 22th. in addition, I attempted to call, I must called at least over 20 times, no one pick up. I sent another email on 29th, still no reply. This is very troubling.

According to UPS tracking, your order has a rescheduled delivery date of 4/6/2010. There is no information for why the delivery has been delayed.
