So looking at the poison rules, most injury poisons have an onset time of -. For those, are the saves rolled immediately, or should the save be rolled at the end of the round? I ask because of the poison stacking rules that increase the DC by +2. If I full attack and hit you with 3 doses, should you be forced to make 1 save at +4 to the DC, or 3 saves at base, or the first save at base and +2 for following ones for each one you fail?

The last option, assuming your weapon is still coated by the third attack.

Unlike other afflictions, multiple doses of the same poison stack. Poisons delivered by injury and contact cannot inflict more than one dose of poison at a time, but inhaled and ingested poisons can inflict multiple doses at once. Each additional dose extends the total duration of the poison (as noted under frequency) by half its total duration. In addition, each dose of poison increases the DC to resist the poison by +2. This increase is cumulative. Multiple doses do not alter the cure conditions of the poison, and meeting these conditions ends the affliction for all the doses. For example, a character is bit three times in the same round by a trio of Medium monstrous spiders, injecting him with three doses of Medium spider venom. The unfortunate character must make a DC 18 Fortitude save for the next 8 rounds. Fortunately, just one successful save cures the character of all three doses of the poison.
if onset is '-' then the first save is at the begining of the victims next turn. if it says immid then the save is done at time of attack and at first round and each round after until cured. injury does not stack in multi saves the one save gets harder and once cured all doses are cured.
so 3 hits of inj poison will be 1 save of +4 off base dc, with onset:-
it would be at begining of turn. but if was immediately then at end of attack would be save +4 base dc, and again at beginning of their turn.

The save occurs at the beginning of the victim's next turn.
I don't remember where in the book this is written, but I do remember that the book uses the example of being attacked and bitten by 3 separate spiders with the same venom and having the DCs stack before the save is made, which means it cannot be during/before/after their turn.

By my reading of the rules, you get a save the moment you get attacked. If you pass, the poison doesn't effect you AT ALL (as per the rules of afflictions).
If you fail that initial save, the poison takes hold. For most injury poisons that means you will begin making your round by round saves one round later on the same initiative count that you were attacked.
