I am sorry if this is a stupid question. I must have missed it somewhere.
Can the evil eye be used multiple times or do I have to wait for the effect to finish before I can drop it on another person.
Use away, even on the same person -- just not on the same person for the same thing (though it does work, it just doesn't stack).
