When playing in the Pathfinder campaign setting, do characters know additional languages based on their home region? I can't seem to find rules for regional languages (and other regional benefits) anywhere. All I can find is that there ARE regional languages, but nothing on governing them. I've also found several references to regional affinities, but I can't find anything explaining what that means.
In Eberron, Forgotten Realms, and similar settings, characters usually got a number of regional benefits, including a free language or two. This is generally clearly layed out in the beginning of the character options chapter or the regions chapter, but that doesn't appear to be so in Pathfinder's campaign book.
