I have an 8th level Elemental Sorceress who specializes in COLD spells, She has a 9th level anti-paladin / graveknight after her.....
any advise?
Umm what spells do you know...what feats? With the info you gave, there is no way to actually help you...other then to tell you to buy some scrolls/wands/staffs...or wait till level 9 and get piercing cold feat...if allowed.
spells include: chill touch,shield,mage armor,grease,endure elements,summon monster 2,rope trick,acid arrow,lightning bolt,gaseous form,wall of ice
feats include : combat casting,toughness,arcane strike,spell focus cold, leadership,lightning reflexes,& echew materials

WOW...that is a pretty impressive list of bad. Grease, mage armor, shield, rope trick and wall of ice your okay spells. And you have pretty much nil good feats. If the grave knight can't fly, the best you can hope for is repeating grease and peppering him with damage spells. Use wall of ice to run away as a last resort.
