Download of Game Geek #2 impossible

I have got a problem with the download for Game Geek 2 from Avalon.
even after I repersonalize it, the file will not load.
I get the message "waiting for paizo-remote1..." an the site has a hangup - i waited a few minutes but nothing happend, so i was forced to close the browser and log in again.
All other downloads from the same order are working fine.
